I'm always in the mood for Thai! – While it is not oozing in ambiance, unlike most typical Asian places, at least they painted it a different color, and in this case, a light lavender. Anyways, typical Asian decor, basic, minimalist and all that but it's neat and clean though somewhat sticky. But if you ever eat Asian on a regular basis you know this already and how to deal. The food is good and hearty and fills you up and does so with flavor and without hurting your wallet. It is definitely without a doubt great bang for my... read more

Food's good, people are nice, I recommend they take credit cards. Raise the prices if they need to. I like their pad thai, the thai ice tea and my wife likes the green pork curry and roast duck over rice.

I can't say that the food is nasty here, it's just not very good. My boyfriend and I ate here the other night. I had the fried rice with chicken, etc. and he had curried pork and a side dish, tea, and both were a disappointment. Cash only too.

great thai food. their food is so good. i love their dish similar to what ive heard it being called 'pad see ew' and their fried rice with boneless fried chicken is delicious. i always try to make a trip here when i'm home for vacations. they only accept cash, so be prepared if you're mainly a card carrier like me.

Great! King of Thai is one of my most favorite Thai places in SF. It is delicious and cheap! The prices are all under $10 a dish. The food is amazing here. The restaurant is not the cleanest or highest of classes, so don't come here dressed up. It is good for casual dining or late night food. It is open til 2 am i believe. I suggest the pad see ew or the fried rice with fried chicken!

A no-frills mini-chain serving Thai fare to neighborhood crowds. – In Short With spare, comfortable dining rooms and expansive Thai menus, this local chain has developed a loyal clientele. Dishes include pad thai, tom yum gai soup, satay and spring rolls, as well as stir-fried glass noodle with chicken or seafood. Rice-noodle soups are seasoned with cilantro, onions and chili paste and stocked with vegetables and beef, seafood or roasted duck.

Good Thai in Sunset Neighborhood – Wow! Tasty and cheap! Recommend for family or casual dining, not recommend for romantic dining. Also, no alcohol. Easy to park. Noodles are homemade and very good. Highly recommended!!!

Good, Cheap Thai Food – This is a favorite of mine for fast, cheap Thai food. The ambiance and the food is not fancy, but it's hearty and good. I go here all the time, it fills two people for about $15. My favortie dishe are the #6, chicken noodle soup-- this is great on a cold night, #17, the flat rice noodles with ground beef ,basil and spices, the classic Pad Thai is also good.>>>The servers are friendly and seat you promptly, but don't expect to be treated like royalty...it's simple food with simple service. Great for ta... read more
