Original flowers delivered Saturday before Mother's day. My son's instructions were to deliver at door that I usually use. Instead they were delivered to a different side of house and left on step next to a bush. Neighbor sent me a msg that night that he saw something. Flowers looked like they were there longer than a day. I put in a review and much to my surprise, I immediately received a call. Replacements were delivered, followed by a telephone call. This is excellent service and shows that the owner really cares.
Nice place as I have been in a few times over the years, but recently it’s always closed the last few weeks; different days and times including Saturday at 12:00 noon. Are they closed for good, or just have minimum hours of operation?
Called at 3:00 on Saturday and was told unapologetically, "We closed and went home early." Posted hours on their website and Google say they are open until 4:00 on Saturdays. Needed flowers for my anniversary. Looks like they just changed their hours on Google to 3:00 as I am writing this review. Sneaky. I'd recommend Wegman's down the street from this shop.
Closed before 5:30. Came at 5:20. Door locked. Frustrating. Wanted to get daughter flowers for her concert.
I went and bought some flowers here she charged me a fortune. I went to the other store in King of Prussia to buy another set of flowers and it was a reasonable price. She is overcharging the customers I recommend anybody going to the store she will charge you an arm and a leg for these flowers
