King of Prussia arms apartments is a very safe location for families to raise their children. It's a clean, well maintained apartment complex. The price of the apartment is very reasonable. They have a fantastic children's park outside where the kids can go after school and play. There's a safe place to ride bikes. There's a baseball field for children to play at that's open to the public up behind the facility. There's basketball courts which is very well maintained and very clean. Horrible experience, this place the VA had referred me to them because they accepted military housing vouchers. The landlord is confrontational and unprofessional. His name is Frank. He got in my face over a shopping cart, which I used to bring groceries to my family since we just got out of a homelessness situation. So I did nothing wrong he must of just had a problem with me. I've lived here for 4 years. The complex may not be updated, but the cost makes up for it. Everyone who lives here is very friendly and quiet. There's never been one issue for me. The property manager and maintenance team are also fabulous. I'm happy & satisfied living here.

I had very horrible experience at Dekalb Apartments in East Norriton from SCULLY Company. They are fake & they don't care about tenants all they care is about money. I paid $1500 to left Decal Apartments because they couldn't handle the noisy complaint by laud neighbors and the Apartments is very very old! AC made by 60years ago.
