Took my grandson for a cut today before the start of school. Once the cut was done I told the barber that the cut was not what we wanted. The only response I got was ok. I repeated that the cut was wrong and again his response was ok. No offer to fix the haircut or anything. This is not the first time we had a haircut by this barber and came back for him to cut his hair again because he did such a good job the last time. Idk why this time was a disaster. Always really nice work my kids were happy with the hair cut and with the customer service friendly Israel gonzales and leo vargas are amazing as always there are ready for tomorrow first day of school
If you know JP he’s an amazing barber, always booked and busy! Does outstanding haircuts , a few people I recommend say the same about him! Been cutting me for the past few years and does me right everytime! I highly recommend JP, just anyone within this shop, great people and friendly too!
If any of yall were going to go to Jp Soliz be careful that guy messed up my hairline and made my hair uneven don’t recommend
