I dropped into the pool shop on Saturday morning and was really impressed with the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help me with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find people who are both knowledgeable and honest these days, but they were spot on. Definitely recommending them to my neighbours great experience.
recently had my rebel Pool cleaner in at King Neptune Nerang for Repairs. This year was quoted $165 and was told the cleaner was all good to go. No more to spend six months later. Had to go back to the shop now telling me it’s $350 for repair. Explain to them the first time did not want to spend much on it if it wasn’t going to last.

Just had entire new pool equipment installed by Anthony after storm damage. Anthony and his staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with great service at reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend King Neptune to anyone looking for any type of pool repairs and advice . Thanks again. Great job. !!
