I love this place. It’s has been pretty empty due to Covid but the service has always been good for me. Thuy is my favorite and he never disappoints me... hes very calm, attentive and doesn’t get frustrated if anything needs to be fixed. I will definitely be going back.
I’ve been coming here for my eyebrows and every time I come they ask me to try them for my nails. Well today I decided to give them a chance and I’m so disappointed. Pedicure was horrible. The nail tech did not clean around my nails. I asked for Manicure Pedicure no one was there. A lady came after me and they finished her toes and started her nails before me. Just very disappointing when you give someone a chance and service sucks!! Won’t be coming back. I like to get good service when I pay for services.
Very impressed with Royal Nails & Spa. They do the best pedicures — massage & scrub included with even the base level pedicure. Have done gel & regular polish and both have lasted a long time. The employees are kind, wonderful people. Stay healthy!!
