I went into king nails about an hour before closing and they were pretty busy. I waited and was then seen by David who did an exceptional job! He took his time cleaned under my nails and got all the paint and stuff from the full set application. He did very nice detailed work and stayed well past closing to finish my nails. They are gorgeous! He was nice and efficient. The store was clean and organized. The workers were all very nice!

Terrible experience! The (male) manicurist did not get it right, even after another employee translated. Disgusting runny nose, sniffling - should not have been working at such close quarters. When he squared off my nails, contrary to instructions, and trimmed them way too short, I finally had him just stop and paid for the service to that point.

I received a pedicure here and I didn’t get the whole experience! She nipped my toenail and didn’t say anything! I have to go to another nails place to get better service

I just wanted a fill and my friend also and instead of it being 30$ a fill like it was supposed to be I ended up paying 130 for 2 ppl just to get a refill on acrylic. I'm super pissed cuz not only did I get charged 15$ more than I paid for the original set they are not what I wanted. All I wanted was one tiny mickey mouse head for the zero in 2026 instead I got a shitty oval with what looks like a blob of nail polish ughhhh like my 1yr old nephew could have done way better!
