Scott & the whole team at King Motors do an AWESOME job at caring for my entire family’s automotive repair needs!
They have done a lot of work on my car but never again. On 12/23/15 they replace a coil pack #1 and spark plugs. Picked the car up and it's still having the same problem. Never got out of the parking lot. All they did was clear the codes. They told it may have extra gas left that will burn off. Got it home and tested the coil packs ourselves. Found number 2 not working. Remember they said they replaced #1. So off to AutoZone to get another $64 coil pack and change it ourselves after spending $360.00 for King's to fix it. Too... read more
I will never Deal with this place again! The owner said to bring it in and he will check it for free. Took the car into find out why it was running rough. The owner said all it was is a cracked spark plug supposingly and it would be 145.00 for a 15.00 belt also he replaced. I didn't ask for him to do the work. He should have told me and asked if I want to do the work or him! Terrible business.
King Motors Staff: I was at your business on Friday May 4th. My mom is the one who is the office manager for CRG Directories, which publishes your small town phone book. You fixed the wire in my car at no charge and I wanted to say THANK YOU AGAIN! It helped me out so much. I let my mom and the rest of my family know to go to you any time they have vehicle issues.
