Very poor experience and one that I will never forget. She asked very personal questions in front of my 8 year old that I felt was inappropriate for her to hear. She talked to my daughter maybe 15 minutes and completely dismissed all of my concerns and had no interest in hearing about her history. Her way of thinking and practicing is very outdated. First off, I was running a little late to my son's appointment. Dr. Michele was very patient, gracious and understanding. We had a overall great experience.
When I say this lady is completely rude and unprofessional!!!! I hate that the disability board made me traumatize my children with her presence!!! Please do not take your kids or yourself here!!! Very money hungry and doesn't have any people skills at all!!! She yelled at my special needs child!!!
My second time seeing her over the years and each time the experience was rushed ,showed no regards or concern to anything that was expressed to her.Very bias to say the least ,spoken to and brushed off in a very sarcastic manner .Being in her profession, you’d think she’d understand the difficulty& struggle of someone opening up and discussing silent battles with anyone let alone a stranger also how it can affect a individual mentally &emotionially.
