Our business has worked with this firm for nearly 10 years now. They have always been great with our accounting and payroll needs. Today I was working on a premium audit request from our workers comp policy and they needed several things I couldn't find. I emailed Nicole with what they were asking for and 24 minutes later she emailed back with all the documents attached. She is always amazing and I wanted to recognize her specifically.
We have worked with Matt for several years, they are thorough, efficient, and do excellent work for us!
Our taxes are fairly easy. We ended up paying a late penalty because they couldn’t seem to get the job done. We had to seek them out in May and ask why? Where was the accountant? On vacation. Literally. We have used them for over 10 years. Not anymore.
