A disappointing experience. I went in to look at a new small SUV. No salesperson would approach me. I waited for ten minutes. I guess they were too busy.
My experience at Mazda was excellent. Both Robin and Kieryn explained everything in detail and made the entire process easy to understand. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied with their service and with my new CX-90 PHEV. Highly recommended!
Love the cars top in quality. Dealership not so much. Once you have spent 60 grand on a car they still try to scam you for more useless waranties, unnecessary service appointments etc. it feels really slimey.
The lady I dealt with purchasing my Mazda was lovely, but no longer working there anymore. My experience since I purchased, has been dreadful. I have emailed , called , facebook messaged, left voicemails, any communication you can think of, and nothing. 6 months maybe less into having my cx-3, the blue paint started chipping away off the bumper.
