I recently visited Kings Massage for the second time, and I have to say, it was a much better experience compared to my first visit. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional. The massage itself was thorough and relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension. I had a great experience with Pearl – she was an exceptional masseuse, but unfortunately, she's no longer working here. The new girl, Lucy, seems to handle a lot of the managerial duties, but her attitude leaves much to be desired. She comes across as dismissive and doesn’t seem concerned with whether you're enjoying the massage. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, is that she asked for a tip before even finishing the session, which felt inappropriate given the lack of effort in the service.
