Our new manager Ted is great! He helps with a lot , anything you need & easy to talk too. This place got a lot better with him being here. No complaints! ☺️
Clean environment I usually just walk through to the other side, so I don't have to deal with the atmosphere of 82nd ave. But it's always been a pretty kept up apartment complex.
I live across the street at the back of the apartments. There is been a homeless person's belongings and grocery carts across the street from me for two weeks now. I would really like it if they would get rid of that. And I'd also like to add that it would be great if they would stop running drugs out of these apartments. Thank you for your consideration
My husband and I lived here 7 years we only stayed because we couldn't afford to move.. So much drugs going on sqaters living in the studio next to us people coming and going all night yelling..Doors slamming Packages being stolen..Probably the worst living environment I've ever lived in.Do not reccomend at all..
