Ted is a great manager! Been a lot better here ever since he’s gotten here. Always helps with whatever we need!! Fast! Super easy to talk to and friendly! Feels safer living here too. This place is the longest we’ve lived at No problems ever
King Manor Apartments, Laundry rooms are lock Yes but everyone has a key to open the Laundry rooms doing the hours to wash clothes
Our new manager Ted is great! He helps with a lot , anything you need & easy to talk too. This place got a lot better with him being here. No complaints! ☺️
Clean environment I usually just walk through to the other side, so I don't have to deal with the atmosphere of 82nd ave. But it's always been a pretty kept up apartment complex.
