It's not as bad as you would think. I lived there for a bit over 3 years. Late 2021 to late 2024. Homeless people like to hang around at night. Fleas are a huge problem. Break-ins are kinda uncommon. A year into me living here, some people broke into an apartment behind where I was living, and did a bunch of meth in it. Mold isn't a big issue if you buy your own dehumidifier. their staff are kindness and like friendly.
The owner has spent big bucks renovating, the new property management company is 100% better than the previous one who never fixed anything, Rachel works very hard managing these apartments with Alliance Properties. They look so much nicer now that they are remodeling them.
