I can’t stress this enough: the worst management; do not live here. Abe, the building owner, is a cheap businessman who does not care about the tenants. He told me, “if you don’t like the service, then leave.” Please STAY AWAY!
In violation of New York State tenant protection laws by transferring the security deposit responsibility to another tenant and refusing to send it back to me directly.
Lived under KNG Management for 2 years and they were very problematic from the beginning. Gave us the wrong key to the apartment, told us wrong amounts of deposits and then demanded more money the day before our Move-In date. Anytime we needed help from the Super it was a hassle, the Super even demanded a $50 tip to assist us one time. Very sketchy Management.
