I would give no stars if that was an option- the entire office is unprofessional and rude. No one treats you with respect out of the gate. They talk down to you and take sides. This is the worst office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Anyone's idiot can find a bid, that’s not a special service. People skills are necessary in an office that are going to be dealing different problems and residents. Not one of these women possess this.
