Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes

If I need to, I'll return Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
