We are on vacation from Tennessee and my husband is disabled so I was worried about him being in the heat trying to fix it, he can't regulate body temperature well. Our ignition switch went out, very simple job, we called and he came right away to make sure of the part we needed, said he was going to pick up the part and be right back, after a hour we called, no answer, no return call.
