I had a HORRIBLE experience here and would strongly discourage anyone from working with them. I ordered a STIHL chainsaw to their store because they were the closest dealer to me. After emailing, visiting the store, and calling several times, they made it clear that they would not order the saw to their store because they did not want to pay for freight. ** DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY ** and I promise I’m all for the small businesses. My husband recently tried to purchase a specific chainsaw from King Lawn and Garden because they were the nearest Stihl dealer. Not only would they not order the chainsaw AFTER HE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT but they wouldn’t issue a refund without an in person confrontation, phone calls, phone calls FROM STIHL, and emails. Simply put… do not waste your time or money here.

We called them for a question and the woman who answered was rude and hung up on us. I'll never do business with this place!
They do not stand behind their work at all, I understand that mistakes happen misdiagnosis and such, however it should not be at the cost of the customer. I paid almost a thousand dollars for a repair that was supposed to fix my Gravley mower it was bogging down, took it home started to mow, and it was still not fixed took it back twice within a two-week period for the same issue and they charged me another almost $200 for doing nothing.
