Feb 2023 was when I had my surgery. I picked King Lasik because my best friend and her husband had amazing results. To this day I regret having the surgery. I have more problems now with my vision than I did before the surgery. I would do anything to go back. When I first made my appt I was told I was getting Lasik. The day of my surgery they did more and then advised me since things changed, I will need to have PKU. Dr. King made it sound like the recovery is just as fast. Positive experience. Glad I got Lasik. No issues. I received a discount for referral and another for scheduling short notice. I needed exams to get "cleared" for work and they were able to fit me in when needed so I could get back to work.
Why didnt I go to King Lasik sooner! I had an Astigmatism 20/200, other was 20/100 and both eyes are 20/15 just the day following my procedure. No pain, just Tyl/Advil mix for swelling. I am 1 week out and I have New Eyes! Thank you.
Before undergoing LASIK surgery, I was extremely dependent on contact lenses due to my nearsightedness. After much reach and consultation I decided to proceed with LASIK. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I edited my previous review after a couple of months. I found my eyes are very sensitive and dry. I followed the instructions of eye drops faithfully. I have to wear glasses to see clear on phone or reading paper.
I reported during my consultation multiple times that I suffered from anxiety issues. I was assured numerous times that it would be addressed by medication. The staff told me that if I needed additional medication it would be provided. On the day of the surgery I reported multiple times that I was not ready for the surgery due to my anxiety not being addressed. They ignored my request and concerns and rushed me in to the surgery.
