We called King-Lar late in the evening and they quickly responded and were at our house within 15 minutes. That’s SUPER FAST. Their technician LEVI, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes and he was thorough about checking to make sure everything was in top working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KING-LAR and I’m extremely impressed and grateful for Levi’s customer service. You have a customer for life

We needed a new furnace and AC unit for our residential home after our old furnace could no longer be repaired. Ashleigh was instrumental in sending an estimator to our home on the same day. In turn, Matt, provided Dave the particulars. He quickly prepared a very competitive bid. In short order, we placed our order with King-Lar. I make 4 calls in 3 days trying to get a custom connection for a vent pipe. Last call I am told they don't want to be liable for not using factory parts even though I know they did the same for a local business. Now I am 3 days behind and will have to spend almost twice the cost of the hot water heater and waiting longer to get it done. Tell me up front first day and I would be good, don't make me keep calling. Very disappointed.
