Bought tiller that broke within year warranty and they won't fix it or replace it. Now don't even reply to emails and I have to file with attorney general office and get lawyer to sue them for it because they don't care to follow up or honor warranty that they are required to do. Each time I speak to them they make up new reason why they refusing to fix it.
Just called their parts department and talked with Keith. Absolutely the most helpful person I've ever dealt with! Ordered several parts, and he knew exactly what we needed. Will certainly highly recommend and will use again if needed!!
I bought a King Kutter Carry all frame from my local farm store. When I got it home, I noticed that there were two different pins on it for the three point arms. I contacted King Kutter and sent them several pictures showing the difference. They also said it would not work on iMatch quick hitch, when in fact it does, that's why I bought that one. I could have bought the replacement parts for my king kutter finish mower online but I wanted to talk to a live person that knows the parts.they build them there so he knows what he's talking about so I will buy parts there if I need parts again.
