Treat their employees like Expendable resources, told to push beds out regardless of the quality and all they worried about is hitting numbers there is no quality control at all. Management is a complete and utter failure. And all the people giving five stars are just people they know boosting their rating
Had my Mattress about a year purchased from Art Van Pure Sleep one side has broken down after rotating it pure misery it's truly terrible been to the chiropractor and a physical threapist. I wake up in pain every morning!
have had my mattress for 3 years and for the last year feel like I am rolling out of bed as the mattress is sagging on the sides..contacted ARt Van and King Koil they sent a rep out that said it didn't sag enough and to put blankets under the mattress to compensate for the sag...what good is a warranty if they are not going to stand behind it....will never recommend King Koil to anyone
