Very poorly communication and VERY unfriendly staff at front . Considering looking for another Dr. It took getting a letter in the mail to get medication that they wouldn't refill, because of LACK of communication. It only took almost two months. And yes we visited the office multiple times. Because you sure can't call or receive a call back and if you do your lucky. And I've had two people complain just while writing this Sorry this post not towards Dr. Kung himself.
Recently had info faxed to another Dr. Well after playing ph tag for a week and after faxing wrong info I've retrieved the info a week later. John is and excellent Dr. but STAFF has failed test. In future I'll change Dr. to be rid of unprofessional staff.🧐🥺🚧😱😠🤬🤔😐
