Worst people and Laura representative have no respect. They took over from Mehta Insurance I have 184 policies and she called say I have only few mints n rushing me to go computer n I told her I am in church n say hang up the phone. Them no one answered the calls. Worst service. NEVER GOING TO USE THIS UNKNOWN AGENCY. VERY BAD

I have had King Risk Partners since moving to Charleston. I was recommended them, and they have been amazing every time I interact with them. Recently, Becky Powers at Moncks Corner helped me out when I was in a pickle! She was on top of everything and extremely prompt in her replies. Could not be happier! Thank you for everything.

First off I want to say Dave is there for you whenever you need him. Before and after the storm he has pulled through for my company and me more than once sending documents. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Dave we appreciate you.

I guess they bought out my old agent's business? Anyway, very hard to find out anything. My homeowner's insurance more than doubled. Another company in town got me a new policy for close to the original amount without any issue, why didn't King shop it? I will say they took my cancellation very easily and quickly so I guess they are good at that. Two stars seem right.

Does not answer phone calls, does not respond to voice mail, does not respond to text. I lost my Auto Insurance because of their lack of response, and now I may be in the same situation with my Homeowners Insurance. (Can I give zero stars?)
