Jake has done two home inspections for us as we’ve been in the process of buying our first home and has been absolutely fantastic. He’s very thorough and timely. He has also helped us understand everything he reviewed and any and all issues we have or may have in the future. Would highly recommend Jake to anyone and we would absolutely use him again.
ASHI certified inspectors who have an office staff that answers the phone! That may seem trivial, but to me just being available is a big plus. Office staff was polite and professional. They got me an appointment within two days of calling. Jake was early and already on the roof when I arrived. He walked me through working the AC, furnace, and the electric cut off. He sent his report within two hours of the inspection. Thanks guys!
King Inspection Services has inspected three houses for us and each time has been excellent service. Jake is throrough, experienced and works quickly to get your report back to you. The last time, we got the report the next day. I would highly recommend using them before you buy a home.
Inspection of the property's structures and radon testing was done by King Inspection Services. Prompt response, schedule maintained, questions answered, reports were detailed and received in a timely manner. The inspectors were very polite and respectful to my concerns.
