Ragina in service was very informative and polite and pleasant.
Quite honestly it all depends on who you're comparing it with. For the 2 Hyundai dealerships I've used in south Florida this one is leaps and bounds ahead of their competitor just off 441 and Sunrise. For that alone they earn 5 stars. Their staff is friendly even arranging a complimentary lyft home. The prices were reasonable and my vehicle is running great since the service. I'm happy their waiting room provided beverages and a comfortable spot to wait. I'll be back but hopefully not too soon.
Went in for a check engine light. They said car needed new fuel injector and I had to leave the car. They had no loaners and gave no other options. Tried to come up with a solution with service advisor and then he stopped answering text and call. Went to Rick Case and they fixed it same day and also gave the option if needed for a loaner or rental if it came to that. Won’t be coming back here.
Horrible service They don’t care I’m waiting over two hours just to get a New tire put on And I had For the tire to be delivered and come back the next day They did away with Uber Service for their customers I could complain some more, but I’m gonna just stop here and go to Coconut Creek or Delray
