Only reason Im giving the one star is because zero isnt a choice. Probably the worst service depratment ever made, and Ive bought 3 of this same car from Hyundai. Communication is non existent, and if you get assigned Greg as your service advisor youll be better off driving an hour to another dealership. Excellent Service! I want to express my gratitude to a King Hyundai service for helping me fix the issue with my car’s air conditioning. Let me tell the story from the beginning. I noticed that my AC wasn’t working properly — even on the highest setting, the air coming out was warm. In Florida, air conditioning in a car is everything — it’s a whole universe! Worst service ever in Deerfield. I got there 1/2 hr earlier than my appt. for Oil change yesterday at 3pm. I waited 2 hours then was told at 5pm By Adrien that they have to keep my car because they broke the housing that holds the filter or something . Said they have to get part from Lakeland but that it would be delivered early in the AM the next day by 8am and I should have my car before 9am.
