Worst service ever in Deerfield. I got there 1/2 hr earlier than my appt. for Oil change yesterday at 3pm. I waited 2 hours then was told at 5pm By Adrien that they have to keep my car because they broke the housing that holds the filter or something . Said they have to get part from Lakeland but that it would be delivered early in the AM the next day by 8am and I should have my car before 9am. I arrived at 7:15 AM for my 7:30 appointment with “Any Advisor,” the first car there. Instead of taking me, the advisor, an older tall man with white and gray hair who sits in the second office, gave priority to customers who arrived later at 7:25, 7:35, and 7:40, pushing me back to fourth in line. I was not seen until 7:50. Although my appointment was for any advisor, I was told to wait for Colton, who was not even there. After going through a nightmare experience with Napleton Hyundai, I decided I'd try servicing my vehicle one last time with Hyundai so I came here. My vehicle was having issues, had a check engine light, went in on a Saturday morning and they ran diagnostics. After explaining what I went through at the other dealership to my service advisor Greg, he was extremely helpful with fixing my current issues.
