Excellent service
This place should re-train their staff on how to handle pat emergencies. My family cat was going through an emergency and unfortunately had to be put down in ANOTHER HOSPITAL. As when my family called at 530 for an emergency. We were told to check back in and come at 10am. This is truly unacceptable for a place that handles and takes care of family pets lives. This staff responsible needs to be re-trained as this potentially could have caused our pet to suffer alone and pass away in our home if we were to come in that time. ... read more
The staff is very nice, but that's unfortunately the best part about that place. There is a lack of organization. Over the course of two days in a row, I called them three times asking for an initial quote. Each time I was told I would be emailed, along with a follow-up call, but that never happened. There was even a comment that one of my previous calls was not noted down for the new person on-call to look back on, so I was repeating myself very often with no results.
