Great communication leading up to the start of my training. Greeted with a smile and introductions on my first session. Fun classes that you complete at your own pace with the trainer correcting your technique as required.
Trainer was amazing, learnt so many new techniques and was great with facilitating the class to thier full potential A+
It was my first day little bit late for 6pm class but the way coach adjusted me into class was absolutely amazing thanku great welcoming atmosphere 😊 I haven’t been to gym in long time even it’s boxing class staff stil look every one.
Classes/training caters to all abilities and is a positive and motivating environment. Trainers are professional, knowledgeable and genuine people. Facilities are modern and purpose oriented. Love training at King Hiit
King Hiit has changed me for the positive. It has given me a new passion about boxing and weights. At the same time losing weight and getting stronger.The team at Big Hitt are amazing and very supportive. The time tables really work well for my busy lifestyle as a tradesmen and manager.
