I'm not sure what the bad reviews are speaking of, but John was amazing! Call and ask for him. Good customer service, knowledgeable, and fast!
Spoke with my former land lord today. The central air system that Brian said was not overheating and that I was using something to make the wall and door overheat, behind the thermostat, had to be completely replaced just recently. The new tenants had the same issue, and turns out the wiring to the thermostat was heating up the wall, and had literally melted into the wall and the unit caught fire. This guy Brian King (that's what it says when he called) has the worst attitude and customer service skills ever imaginable. From the moment this guy got outta his van, I could tell he doesn't care about customers. Don't have these guys come if you're trying to go through your home warranty. This guy spent 20 mins trying to get me to say something to void my home warranty. I kept giving him the same story and eventually due to being so angry, I left my house, called my insurance company and had him removed from my property. ... read more
