The person on the phone was nice and professional, but they never called me back like they said they would to tell me if they can do the work.
King Heating and Air responded very quickly when I called them with a problem and sent out someone the same day. Cody was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He had the problem resolved in a short amount of time and educated me on a few things that may need attention in the future. Cody, as well as the company, was a pleasure to deal with and if I have any HVAC needs in the future they will get my business.
Andrew Wright did and excellent job. He was very attentive, polite and professional. I recommend King Heating & Air Conditioning they have done outstanding service at our residences at different locations. Great service! Great customer service! Long ago, came Aaron too. Another good technician. He fixed some air ducts under the crawl space. He did great! I do not remember the name of another technician who did an outstanding job, too.
I really appreciate this company for their honesty and commitment to making things right. They took the time to carefully identify the issue with my HVAC system and provided me with clear information that helped get the problem resolved. Thanks to their effort, my home is finally comfortable again after weeks of frustration. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent service!
