We have been with King Heating and Air for years. We have NEVER had a bad experience with any of the technicians or office staff. Everyone is hard working, knowledgeable and personable. Today we had Matthew come out and do a bi-yearly check. As noted above he was personable, knowledgeable and hard working. I wish I had been that on the ball when I was his age. Matthew, thank you!

I want to say thank you to Mr Alex Jagger. He is a very polite, professional, and kind young man. I appreciate his service. It’s also nice to see someone like Alex sharing his Knowledge with Allen today as they repair a couple of hot switches for me. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but after too many negative experiences, I feel I need to share this. I had a new heat pump system installed and have needed multiple service calls within the first year for issues that should have been caught during the initial setup. In the summer, I had condensation problems caused by zoning/bypass issues. No one mentioned that a bypass was needed during the original install.
