Came out quickly and Cody did a great job and had the part needed He was here in June to do maintenance but the previously posted review came up with the link so this is actually the second good report Adding third report all good. Fourth year review all good as usual Cody and Allen did my spring maintenance and checked and cleaned the ac system. Will see you guys in the fall. Thanks for a job well done

As a new customer, if I could leave a higher rating I would. We are new to Kings and had Cody as our service technician. We are a military family - while often moving-I can say by far- Cody is the best HVAC service technician we've had! He provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent assessment of our unit. I highly recommend him for a service/employee award! Thank you Cody for a good well done and Thank you King Heating & Air for excellent service!

Very unprofessional. Had a technician come out and he was very polite and informed us that we would need a new ac unit soon. The office called to inform that they would pass the information to the person in charge of getting a quote for new unit. After going back and forth with him he had two no call no show. Apparently they don’t want the business so we had to go to a different provider.
