Very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with one of my aids, and when Randy found out what it was, he sent it back to the factory to correct it.
Randy & his whole office do an outstanding job - I asked for a small thing and was given a full adjustment - without an appointment. They do treat you just like they would want to be treated!!
