Worst mental health care I have ever experienced. Their phone system doesn't work and you are unable to get a live person on the phone. Supposedly someone will call you back within 72 hrs (! 72 hrs for mental health?!), but they never do. Their one med prescriber apparently has no idea what she is doing as it took 2 weeks of me messaging her through their portal (remember, you can't speak to anyone on the phone) and my previous (retired counselor calling her) to get her to prescribe the correct medication.
