Here’s some feedback for Dr. Piano! 😁 If a senior pet comes into your hospital with blood or foam coming out of their mouth, it might be a good idea to check their temperature or any of their other vitals. Stop making people pay 200 dollars for a 5 minute checkup if you aren’t actually doing to do the checkup. Horrible vet hospital. My pet passed away yesterday. To all of you who are looking to see where to take your smaller pets (rodents, etc.), I do not recommend this hospital.

Recently lost one of my Guinea pigs due to dental issues. I usually had a good experience at this hospital but I’m not sure who did my Guinea pig’s dental surgery. There was a very poor recovery afterwards. Same thing happened to Annette L (the review is also posted here). I do not recommend. No proper checkups were done by Dr. Piano, no temperature check, no digestive checks either. Went to another vet in Vancouver who was a lot more helpful for a much lower cost. For 16 years, King George veterinary was a wonderful help and support to our beloved pet. They assisted us in sending him over the rainbow bridge recently and the most beautiful card with a nose print and paw prints was sent to us completely unexpected but so dear and cherished. Thank you to the team.
