King George gets zero stars. The property management company never showed my home to any potential renters or lessees. After six weeks of zero showings and poor performance, I ended the agreement. Their early termination clause clearly states that termination with cause is allowed, with no mention of any fee. Now they’re demanding 60% of the rental fee plus a $50 charge, which makes no sense since they didn’t show or rent the property. I would NOT recommend this company. My building recently switched to them. They are slow to respond and even slower, if not unwilling, to issue refunds in the case of overpayments.
