DO NOT RENT HERE. This has been a nightmare since we moved in. King George Townhomes is actually known as Sycamore Townhomes now after it was condemned, I wish I would have stayed that way... We just moved in two weeks ago and so far we have had roaches, and three broken water heaters, towel racks were hanging off the walls when we moved in and a light fixture carelessly left on our countertop.
