Trying to get a parking spot near your apartment at night is ridiculous, and when something bad happens (like a fire) it takes maintenence forever to fix it.... They are rude in the office, a lot worse now that Alltrade bought them out. Don't move here. You don't even get to use the pool or the exercise equipment. Plus, the "secured" fence that makes it an amazing perk, stays open all the time. It looks nice from the outside but once you move in, it's not.
