King General Contracting and Oscar Canales are great. I had a few small tasks, but they needed high ladder access (mounting a security camera, and fixing some roof flashing). Mr. Canales was very responsive and did great work. And he was very affordable.

I hired Oscar to remove the shutters from outside my town home. The work done is impressive from him and his staff. After removing the shutters, power wash was completed as well. Oscar showed me that the windows needed caulking and that work was completed as well. His staff also cleaned the gutters for me

Mr Oscar Canalas is an experienced contractor who speaks multiple languages extending his reach for subcontractors. He recently repaired our front bay window. A replacement window with Thompson Creek would have cost 18,000.00. Oscar’s studied the problem and found 2 subcontractors with copper experience and concrete drilling experience to install a hood that should have been installed by Toll Brothers.
