Extremely rude .. their customer service is horrible .. there is no value for your time .. you will wait for your turn for a long time and they don't even look at your face while talking .. you are paying a premium price for their low quality stuff and still get this kind of customer service .. if there is any issue with the furniture you buy, just forget about that .. instead of dealing with them, it's better to trash that furniture and buy new one from a different place ..
