King Ford, Murphy NC was very professional, timely and thorough. I was on my way out of town when one of my tires lost pressure and started going flat, I pulled in and they took care of the issue quickly and got me back on the road to travel safely. Thanks KF for doing a good job.
Went in to get a buy bid. Didn't see anyone for about 5 minutes when a guy approached and asked what I needed. I told him I'd like to get a buy bid on my vehicle. He asked what I want for it. Keep in mind, he doesn't even know what I drive at this point. I said that I'd like them to tell me what they'd buy it for. He said they don't do that and need to know how much I want for my vehicle.
