Highly recommend King Ford for service and sales.
My truck broke down just before the dealership on a Friday evening about 30min before closing time. Karen with the service department was SO kind to ensure she took my truck in and has possibly diagnosed the debilitating issue to a recall. She paired me up with Amy who got us back on the road with a last minute rental to make the final leg to our destination. If I don't trade this truck in, I most certainly will revisit whenever I'm ready to purchase!
Went in for a routine oil change.Did their point system check told me I had a coolant leak.The following night had to go get the wife.Because the radiator cap blew off that they didn't put on lost All the coolant wasted my night.Thanks king ford.
