Second time oil change service for our 150 Lariat at King Ford. Perfection at its best. No surprises. Professional atmosphere. Clean comfortable waiting area. Very clean vehicle interior after service. Left King Ford confident my vehicle was totally inspected and serviced, and at a great price.
Leasing our truck through King Ford was an absolutely great experience. Todd, our salesman, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Had warranty transmission work done at King Ford, and I’ve now been without my vehicle for two months. I was told the replacement transmission they received was defective, and Ford is requiring them to remove it and tear it down again. During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered. Just purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 at King Ford in Murphy. I worked with Jake Fulcher the internet sales representative and he did a great job finding me this truck. It was not even on the sales lot yet and still going through their pre-sale inspection process. It was a corporate lease back vehicle with only 17,000 miles ! I really appreciate him "going the extra mile" to find me this truck. Just an excellent service all the way around. Love the truck !!!
My F150 had an electrical problem that shut my truck down entirely. On a holiday week, Thanksgiving, they fit my truck into their service schedule and completed my service on Friday. Thank you very much.
