Slow, Expensive, and Rude – If you are looking for a basic cleaning service that regular dry cleaners offer in the US, King Farm Cleaners in Rockville is not your place. Dump your clothes somewhere else. You will be able to find much better deals at some other locations in town. If you drop off your clothes on Monday morning, you have to wait until Thursday evening to have them back cleaned. poor quality – Cleaning and alterations are SLOPPY! My beige pants came back to me a different color! Jeans that were to be taken up had a crooked 1.25in hem (it's usually 0.5in) & the thread was a completely different color! this is not a professional establishment. Work here is of the poorest quality and so is service. They speak unfriendly words in a foreign language-little did they know I happen to understand the language & knew every word that was spoken.
