Brought my car to King Farm Auto because it was making a concerning noise while driving. Boris not only diagnosed the issue but also inspected the rest of the car. There were no immediate repairs needed following the diagnosis. As a result of the more general inspection, Boris did point out a few minor issues to keep an eye on (such as wear on tires) and a recommended timeline on which they should be addressed. I’ve had several cars through here and every time I get excellent service and honest labor times and part prices. I used to work on my own cars but with no time to do some of the work myself I have been so happy to find them so helpful and quick.
Words can’t describe how much I appreciate these guys. I had to reschedule twice last minute, they were patient and understanding. They were able to squeeze me in for a brake job, in the process, located a nail a patched it for me. I was super well informed throughout the whole process. I even picked up after closing but Boris waited for me to get there. Genuinely lovely service :)
