I had been dealing with some tooth pain and called King Family Dental on a Saturday, leaving a voicemail. To my surprise, they actually called me back—something two other dentists I tried didn’t do. They were able to get me in the very same day, which was such a relief. It turns out I had an infection, and they quickly scheduled me for a root canal. the work i got done was decent but was going for months and they never thought to tell me my insurance was not in their network causing me to pay 20% more than i should have been. also tried telling me i had to get my wisdom teeth out yet when i went to a different dentist they said i dont they are not even out of my gums yet. in all i paid over $500 more just because they never told me my insurance was not in their network but when i was becoming a new patient they said it was.

Best dental office in Conway….hands down! From the dentist to the hygienist/assistants to the ladies up front…they are all amazing! You are treated with care from the moment you walk in til the minute you leave! I will recommend this office to any and everyone!
