Firstr I called King this afternoon after finding a GFIC outlet in my kitchen tripped that wouldn't reset. I called and had to leave a message which concenred me. I stated my issue and said it was not an emergency. I received a call back in less than an hour and had an appointment scheduled fro 3:30 - 4PM the same day for non-emergency. Company did a fantastic job installing a ceiling fan where no electricity was available. Also willing to work with your schedule even after hrs with no extra charges. Also pricing very reasonable.
On Friday March 30 our ceiling fan/light flashed extremely bright two times with strong noises each incident. We had no idea who to call so we used the trusty old yellow pages on line. There we found excellent reviews for King Electrical Services and we called them. David was here within 45 minutes and confirmed that lighting had indeed come into the house through the ground wire.
