Mike communicated his arrival time in advance and was prompt. He was very personable and professional. After complete troubleshooting process, he resolved our electrical issue. Just had Mike Walker out to help me with a wiring issue that was causing my breaker to flip. Excellent work and Mike went above and beyond to explain everything to me and replace a burned out switch. He was very professional, and this was an awesome experience. Thanks Mike!

The technician came looked at the light; walked outside and called the office. I finally asked if there was a problem. He told me he had other calls and could come back but didn’t have time. I told the person who set this appointment that it was a 1940 home and I thought the light needed to be replaced. You have the gall to bill me $150 because your technician spent an hour troubleshooting? He did not! My husband is sick and I am trying to sell this home which I told you. Shame on you. Avoid this company!!

I've always done my own electric work but had problem at a new house that I hadn't been able to troubleshoot. I had a light switch that didn't have power. Mike Walker came over and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was able to walk me through his troubleshooting process and he found a loose connection on a nearby outlet that was feeding into the light switch.
