It's been quite some time since I attended the family birth centre (5 years) and since then I have had another child via waterbirth with the midwifery program at Osborne Park hospital. I guess the trauma of what could have potentially gone wrong still triggers me so I thought I would write a review. Better late than never I guess. The Family Birth Centre is incredible. My wife and I booked our spot as soon as we could to have our first child here. The experience throughout the entire pregnancy and the big day (night for us) was exceptional. We had an amazing midwife name Leah who was there every step of the way. The classes that you could sign up to in person and virtually a super valuable. Most amazing care and support yet again from the Family Birth Centre. This was our second time birthing at the centre and with Olivia as our Midwife and it was exceptional! She showed such genuine care and support all throughout my pregnancy and went above and beyond to ensure I had another magical birth. To have that continuity of care was very special to our family. Thank you! We cannot recommend FBC highly enough
I should have came here when I first even starting getting symptoms of endometriosis and pcos, everyone that helped when when I came to emergence helped me so much, I have never felt so cared for and looked after. If you are having women’s health problems this is the best place to go, extremely grateful for the female doctor and nurse that were there for me, so much compassion and I never felt like they didn’t believe my pain
