Other experiences have been great but making a pregnant woman wait 3 hours for an appointment is disgusting the medical system is in absolute shambles also giving dates for a birth and taking no responsibility saying they take baby loss serious and saying that we will have senior staff but continually make you wait with no updates so I'm not sure if they take miscarriages seriously than actual high risk pregnancies, also dodging calls when you call for updates giving you false say they're busy, at this rate the news channel ... read more

Very disappointed in my experience here with drs disregarding my prolonged miscarriage heavy bleeding because I didn’t have a temperature or raging infection. 7 weeks of heavy bleeding is apparently very normal, I asked but was refused for an additional blood and ultrasound tests to be done. Told to go back to my GP for those tests in another fortnight. Triage was great but DRs were not sympathetic or helpful at all in helping me

Today’s Friday the 13th, daughters in for surgery. Went through to the patient enquiries, the person that answered should be retrained for several reasons. Speaking casually, as if patients aren’t important and probably shouldn’t be first point of contact. No reassurance, no compassion and speaking as if she’s working in a candy store.

I had shared care between KEMH and Pregnancy Practice Perth. Both were amazing. I had been to the Birthing Centre with my 1st and this time, baby #5 at the main hospital. The birth experience was really wonderful, Helen Pickering was an absolute angel, a 1st class midwife. Answered prayers, God is good 🙏
