If you like being able to reach out and make appointments with your family doctor I wouldn’t recommend Dr El-Mahdis office staff. The 2 stars are only for him as a doctor. His reception staff, on the astronomical chance they pick up the phone, are incredibly rude and inpatient. And that’s only if they pick up the phone, which they never do. I have 10 times over the span of a week, during the morning shift or the afternoon shift, i’ve left voicemails and not a single peep back. The sign says walk in clinic so I bring my mom in. It is not a walk in clinic.The receptionist was so cold. Dont go here
Dr. Elmahdi is a great doctor but his receptionist makes me never want to book an appointment. She is rude and dismissive.
The receptionist could be a bit more polite.
I've had Dr Shu for years now. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor and always helps with heart!
