I'm a new resident, had the pleasure of dealing with Mathieu for our application process, extremly helpful and kind and takes time to understand and explain all questions. In my case he even went above and beyond as i'm a newcomer and the application process was new to me. Mathieu accompanied us step by step through everything until we got in our new appartement.
Lucias is the best maintenance worker I have worked with. He is knowledgeable, considerate, efficient, and when the job is not even within his purview he goes above and beyond, providing helpful suggestions for how to get the job done. We have been here for a year and we can honestly say he is a cut above the rest.
I had a fantastic experience with this team! Mathieu was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect apartment for me, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Maureen was equally amazing in finalizing my lease, guiding me through every step, and working with me to overcome any challenges that came up. The service from both Mathieu and Maureen was top-notch. Highly recommend!
We just rented an apartment here and are looking forward to starting out in this building. Mathieu was exceedingly kind and patient with his attention towards us and in answering all of our questions.
