I went to King Dermatology and showed the doctor a spot I was concerned about. He said it was nothing. I decided to get a second opinion from a different group. It turned out to be melanoma! I had immediate surgery to remove it. I related this event to a friend who said the same thing happened to her. She pointed out a spot on her face that she was concerned about and was told it was nothing. She went to a different group, and it was basal cell carcinoma. My daughter was a new patient and we drove a little over an hour to get there. We were on time for our appointment, however once we got taken back to a room, we waited for over 45 minutes to be seen. I had to leave the room and ask a nurse how much longer. In which she replied "you're next". But we weren't. Dr King saw another patient before us.
