Absolutely trash customer service reached out more than five times still no responses. It’s like they don’t wanna take your money. I understand it’s race season but four weeks is crazy. Garbage burn!
Bought headset using their headset finder, received item and did not fit. Charged 25% restock fee because the item their website said would fit did not. Was completely unused just opened. Bought from them because back in the day they were really the only high end hub/headset, not sure why anyone would choose this company any more if they charge premium prices but offer subpar service.
They treat their employees VERY badly!!! I would never buy from them.
